Prawn Malai Curry |
Serves 6-8
Cooking Time: 20 minutes.
This is a favorite prawn dish cooked in coconut milk.
Hit oil in medium heat. Add onions, ginger, garlic and lightly saute (3 minutes).
Add mixture of coconut milk, shredded coconut, turmeric powder, chili powder, cinnamon, salt, sugar and lemon. Stir and cook uncovered (5 minutes).
Add prawns and whole chili or parshley leaves. Cook covered (10 minutes).
Serve warm over rice.
